As the number of people moving property without notifying their creditors continues to grow, the importance of identifying, locating and collecting these accounts becomes even more essential.

Initially set up as a Trace and Collect Agency, it quickly became apparent to us that this change in customer habit demanded the immediate use of Trace activity alongside the more traditional collection only strategies at 2nd Placement and Tertiary, if recovery rates were not to fall substantially below usual Client expectations.

We have been busily proving this concept since 2007/08 with fantastic results.

With up to 40% of 2nd Placement un-contactables being in fact un-notified “Gone Aways” for example, it is easy to see how our Clients can benefit. Our bespoke internal trace and collections systems were written and developed to work hand in hand from the ground up. They incorporate internal and external access to a host of cross referenced data sources including all three Credit Reference Agencies, Telephone Appendage Sources, Electoral Rolls, The Land Registry, Companies House to name a few.
