We have developed our own systems from the ground up. The team responsible for our computer programs have in excess of 40 years in the debt collection arena and as such we believe we now have the most advanced collections platform in the industry.
Where possible we have automated all systems throughout the company to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
In addition to our office wide IT systems we have access to a highly secure online payment website which enables debtors to make payments against their accounts 24/7.
We are also able to provide online statistical reporting to our clients, enabling them to see, in real-time, how their accounts are progressing. As part of the Fredrickson Holdings Group of Companies, we have access to the resources deployed by other Group companies including the Mailing and Payment Processing facilities.
People
Our staff have a wealth of experience in the debt collection industry and are trained to exacting standards. They are fully trained with regards to litigation and compliant with the legal requirements surrounding our industry including the Data Protection Act.

SRJ Debt Recovery holds an Office of Fair Trading, Consumer Credit Licence, is registered with the Data Protection Registrar and has members of staff who are Members of the Institute of Credit Management (MICM).
